Recreational Trail Maps Now Available
With the beautiful spring weather beginning to come our way I have noticed a great many more cyclists and walkers using the St. Lawrence Recreational Path. Following the St. Lawrence River, the path is paved the majority of the way with only a small section of hard packed stone through the Upper Canada Migratory Bird Sanctuary area in Ingleside.
Running from Lancaster in the East all the way to Iroquois in the West, the St. Lawrence Recreational Path covers over 70 kilometers. Beautiful scenery, parks, waterfront vistas, shopping, picnic areas, museums, shaded treelined sections - you name it and you'll find it along the path.
The newest issue of the popular Recreational Path Map is now available at Front Desk. The map identifies tourist locations, attractions, parking, parks, significant landmarks, shopping centres and refreshment areas along the path.
