Each time our boys take to the ice, they’re out there to prove they’ve got what it takes to make it to the next level – and you can feel their dedication as reflected in the roar of the crowd every time they get out on home ice at the Cornwall Civic Complex.
Here are some upcoming games to get fired up about!

Brockville Braves: January 9.
Pembroke Lumber Kings: January 23

Looking for something to do this November? Come to Cornwall! We’ve got a lot of fun things to do.
Victoria BC’s PIGS are the best kind of tribute musician – the kind that slavishly dedicate themselves to perfectly recreating the sounds of another era. In their quest to capture the sound of 70s era Pink Floyd, they have bought all vintage, all original equipment, and have toured the country several times honing their craft. At this point, they’re playing Pink Floyd’s hits better than Roger Waters or David Gilmour are – which is to say, incredibly. If you love classic rock, you can’t afford to miss this show at the Aultsville Theatre here in Cornwall on November 15!
Hank Williams defined country song writing for a generation… and for generations after that. In this lavish stage show, professional musicians will recreate the sounds you would have heard when Hank Williams toured back in 1950. Take a trip to the ages and rediscover the timeless songs of the one and only Hank Williams, with special guest Ray Price!
Saturday November 30th at the Port Theatre. When visiting Cornwall, be sure to stay at the Ramada Cornwall. We’re the perfect complement to your trip! Book your Ramada vacation today.
Cornwall has some truly inspiring shows coming this October. Don’t miss out!
There’s no beating the awe and majesty of Cirque du Soleil. Ever since 1984 they have been presenting works of art that combine incredible physical prowess with imagination and whimsy, giving audiences glimpses into other worlds of endless creativity. Cirque are one of the most critically acclaimed shows in the world, and for good reason; there really is nothing quite like them.
What could be better than a Cirque du Soleil show? A Cirque du Soleil show ON ICE. On October 5, Cirque will be bringing their second ice performance, AXEL, to the Cornwall Civic Complex. The hockey arena will transform into a tableau that tells the story of Axel, a young man with dreams of becoming an artist whose fantastic graphic designs will come to life before your very eyes. Preview video here.
Reviews for this show have been incredible! You definitely want to catch it when it comes for one night only to Cornwall!
Who says classical music has to be stuffy? Christopher Hall has made a career out of showing that musical compositions can be fun by playing inspiring shows with his “Comic Quartet.” An incredibly skilled musician, Hall is able to poke fun at the conventions of classical music and expose the life of the pieces that he plays. Whether you’re a long-time fan of chamber music or just want a chance to appreciate it better, you deserve to see the Comic Quartet on October 19.
If you want to be inspired by great accommodations, book a room at the Ramada Cornwall. We offer incredible luxury at an affordable price with amenities like an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Book your room to plan your next Cornwall adventure!
Do you love to laugh? Do you love seeing comedy with a Canadian point of view? Are you a big fan of seeing Canadian comics, and supporting Canadian businesses? If so, there’s no better place to be than Cornwall this October. That’s because it’s once again time for the Cornwall Comedy Festival!
Returning for its fourth year, the Cornwall Comedy Festival is Canada’s latest and greatest funny fest! Taking place over four nights from October 17 to 20 at the historic Aultsville Theatre here in Cornwall, Cornwall Comedy Fest brings some of the country’s funniest and most talented comics to the stage.
On October 17, it’s the Hometown Hotshot show! Many of Canada’s funniest comedians grew up in Cornwall. Who knows why there’s so much talent here! Maybe there’s something in the water, or maybe there’s something about a great community that fosters incredible talent. Whatever the case, this is your chance to see hometown heroes like Dan Allaire, Jamie Carr, Jacy Lafontaine, Viveth K and many more take to the stage! Come check out this fantastic line-up.
But that’s not all! The Comedy Festival gala takes place on Friday the 18th, and will feature Nikki Payne, Rob Pue, Ali Hassan, Joey Elias and Hunter Collins. These are some of the biggest names in Canadian comedy right now, making this one of the best nights of comedy you’ll ever see in your life!
Stick around to see a similar line-up the following night on the 19th, and then on the 20th catch a live taping of CBC’s The Debaters, where hilarious comics debate each other on inane topics like “pineapples on pizza: yay or nay” or “are in-laws family?” It’s going to be a great show.
Can’t make it for the comedy festival proper? You can still see the hilarious Greg Morton perform earlier in the month on October 4.
